Our Mission

The USF Career Center’s primary mission is to assist students in making the transition from academic life to professional employment.

What We Do

  • Help student plan, identify, refine, and implement their career goals and job search campaign.
  • Provide timely, current information on employment opportunities and labor market trends.
  • Create venues that allow students to netowkr and interview with hiring employers.
  • Foster and maintain active partnerships with academic departments to ensure seamless referrals between the Career Center, the acedumic community, and employers.

    Career Networking Fair: Feb. 2nd and 3rd from 10am-3pm in the Marshall Student Center. Feb. 2nd will be employers hiring students/alumni from all majors. Feb. 3rd will be employers hiring students/alumni from accounting and technical (engineering, science, computers, etc.) majors.

    Public Service Career Fair: Feb. 24th from 11am-3pm in the Marshall Student Center. Meet with companies from government, healthcare, non-profit, law enforcement, and other public service organizations.

    Professional Etiquette Dinner: March 3rd from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Alumni Center. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased from Feb. 9th-25th at the Career Center (SVC 2088).

    Big East Career Fair: March 11th from 10am-3pm at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

    Part Time Job Fair: March 31st from 10am-2pm at the Student Services Building Breezeway.
