Melissa is the Employer Relations and On Campus Interview Coordinator at the USF Career Center. Primarily Melissa is responsible for the On Campus Interview (OCI) Program offered at the Career Center. This program brings recruiters from quality organizations right to campus in order for them to interview USF students for jobs and internships. In addition to working with recruiters, Melissa teaches OCI workshops and meets with students regarding their OCI interviews. Melissa also markets the Career Center’s services to employers and assists them in the development of recruitment plans. Prior to working in the Career Center, Melissa served as the Marketing Director for a large shopping mall in New York. She held this position for 3 years before deciding to relocate to sunny Florida. Melissa earned a Bachelor Degree in Communications in 2005 from Marist College (Poughkeepsie, NY). In her spare time, Melissa enjoys playing tennis, cruises, and taking trips back to New York to visit family and friends.
